- 2 ounces Yellow Rose bourbon
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce honey
- 1 piece fresh ginger, muddled
- 5 pieces fresh papaya
- Splash Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
Shake well with ice and pour into a Collins glass. Lemon wheel garnish
