2 ounces Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey
.75 ounce celery syrup*
1oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Topo Chico (Mineral Water)
Pinch of Salt
Muddle fresh ginger in cocktail shaker and add remaining ingredients.
Shake well and double strain over ice into a Collins glass.
Top with Topo Chico (Mineral Water).
Garnish with a long lemon peel.
Note: Celery Syrup is made from 2 tbsp whole celery seeds steeped in 1 quart of water for 15min and strained through a coffee filter.
