¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Honey Simple Syrup
Fresh Ginger
Directions
Muddle ginger then add remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Garnish with ginger slice.

Ingredients

¾ oz Celery Syrup*
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Topo Chico (mineral water)
Pinch of Salt
Fresh Ginger
*1 tbsp. Whole celery in 1 qt water for 15 minutes and strained through a coffee filter
Directions
Muddle fresh ginger in cocktail shaker and add remaining ingredients.
Shake well and double strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with Topo Chico (mineral water).
Garnish with a long lemon peel.

Directions
Combine all ingredients into a highball whiskey glass. Stir gently. Twist orange peel above glass. Rub orange peel on glass rim and place in your cocktail.

Directions
Rim a highball glass with tajin. Fill the glass with ice cubes. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the whiskey, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice to the shaker. Shake and strain into highball glass. Top off the drink with grapefruit soda. Stir gently to combine.

Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey and pumpkin spice puree.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a copper mug or glass filled with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the flavors.
Optionally, garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can also add an orange twist for an extra citrusy touch.
