ALLEN BROTHERS

Ingredients
1.5 oz Yellow Rose Premium American
1 oz Banana Liqueur
¼ oz Thyme Liqueur
Cardamom Bitters
2 Pieces of Fresh Banana Fresh Thyme

Directions
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add ingredients. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh thyme.

BOX WOOD SOUR

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Premium American
1 Egg White
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup

Directions
Dry Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a speakeasy glass. Garnish with Angostura Bitters.

BUFFALO BAYOU

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Rye
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Honey Simple Syrup
Fresh Ginger

Directions
Muddle ginger then add remaining ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with ginger slice.

FOURTH WARD

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Rye
¾ oz Celery Syrup*
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Topo Chico (mineral water)
Pinch of Salt
Fresh Ginger

*1 tbsp. Whole celery in 1 qt water for 15 minutes and strained through a coffee filter

Directions
Muddle fresh ginger in cocktail shaker and add remaining ingredients. Shake well and double strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with Topo Chico (mineral water). Garnish with a long lemon peel.

HTOWN MULE

Ingredients:
1 oz Yellow Rose Rye
5 oz Ginger Beer
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 Mint Leaves

Directions
Muddle mint leaves in copper mug. Add Whiskey, lime juice, and ginger beer. Stir to combine and top with ice. Garnish with lime wedge and extra mint

HYDE PARK

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Rye
½ oz Yellow Chartreuse Liqueur
⅕ oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions
Combine Ingredients into a Boston Shaker. Shake well and pour into a speakeasy glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

KING OF WILDCATTERS

Ingredients
1.5 oz Yellow Rose Rye
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Fresh Blackberries
5 Mint Leaves

Directions
Muddle Mint and blackberries in a cocktail shaker then add remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with extra blackberries and mint.

KIRBY

Ingredients:
2 oz Yellow Rose Bourbon
3⁄4 oz Tattersall Sour Cherry Liqueur
1⁄2 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1⁄2 oz Rhubarb Amaro
3 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters

Directions:
Assemble all ingredients into a cocktail mixing pitcher and stir. Pour over one large ice cube in rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.

MANHATTAN

Ingredients
2 oz Harris County Straight Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Directions
Fill mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Combine ingredients and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with orange peel.

MENIL

Ingredients
1.5 oz Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
3 Raspberries
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Orange Juice
3 Dashes of Perchauds Bitters
Sparkling Rose

Directions
Muddle Raspberries in cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Double strain into flute glass and top with sparkling rose. Optional: Garnish with raspberries

MONTROSE

Ingredients
1.5 oz Yellow Rose Premium American
1 oz Apple Liqueur
½ oz Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur
¼ oz Fresh Green Apple
Splash of Lemon Juice
Black Pepper Bitters

Directions
Muddle apple in cocktail shaker. Add ice and pour over remaining ingredients. Shake well and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

NORTH SIDE

Ingredients:
1 oz Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
4 Mint Leaves

Directions
Salt Rim of a rocks glass. Add ice, pour ingredients over and stir. Tajin rim. Garnish with an orange slice and Mint.

OUTLAW OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
¼ oz Simple Syrup (sugar cube)
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3 Blackberries
Orange Peel
Luxardo Cherry (optional)

Directions
Combine all ingredients into a highball whiskey glass. Stir gently. Twist orange peel above glass. Rub orange peel on glass rim and place in your cocktail. *if using sugar cube muddle sugar with bitters.

OUTLAW MILK PUNCH

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
1.5 oz Half & Half
1 oz Simple Syrup
¼ Vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions
Pour ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and stir well. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg

PALOMA

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose whiskey
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Fever Tree Grapefruit soda
Lime wedge, for garnish
Tajin (optional), for rimming the glass
Ice

Directions
Rim a highball glass with tajin. Fill the glass with ice cubes. In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the whiskey, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice to the shaker. Shake and strain into highball glass. Top off the drink with grapefruit soda. Stir gently to combine.

PEACH PLEASE

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Harris County Bourbon
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz fresh peach juice
Texas Sweet Tea (to top)
Lemon slice and peach ring, for garnish
Ice

Directions
In a shaker, combine bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh peach juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top the cocktail with Texas Sweet Tea, leaving a little room at the top of the glass.Garnish the drink with a lemon slice and a peach ring on the rim of the glass

PREMIUM HIGHBALL

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Premium American
Fever Tree Spectacular Ginger Ale

Directions
Fill Highball Glass with Ice. Pour Whiskey into glass. Top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lemon and lime wedge

PUMPKIN SPICE MULE

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey
1 oz pumpkin spice puree
4 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Ice
Cinnamon stick or cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
Orange twist, for garnish (optional)

Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey and pumpkin spice puree. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a copper mug or glass filled with ice. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the flavors.

Optionally, garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can also add an orange twist for an extra citrusy touch.

ROTHKO CHAPEL

Ingredients
2 oz Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon
¾ oz Carpano Vermouth
¾ oz Gran Classico Liqueur
Benedictine Liqueur
Orange Peel

Directions
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail mixing pitcher over ice and stir. Serve in a rocks glass with a float of Benedictine liqueur. Garnish with orange peel.
